This website is operated by Ibrahim Al Arabi, a private Arabic coaching service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Ibrahim Al Arabi and his immediate team.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when you submit the application form on this website:

We do not collect payment details, email addresses, or any information beyond what is listed above through this website. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, automated profiling, or any purpose beyond your application and coaching relationship with us.

4. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to being contacted by our team on WhatsApp for the purpose of discussing your application and the Program. We will not add you to broadcast lists or send you unsolicited messages unrelated to your application.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Your data is accessible only to Ibrahim and the team members directly involved in the application and coaching process.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request from a government authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

In the event of a business transfer, merger, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor party, provided that party agrees to honour the terms of this Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Data Processors

Your application data passes through and is stored by the following third-party services. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to this.

Formspree — We use Formspree (formspree.io) to process form submissions. When you submit the application form, your information is transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers before being forwarded to us by email. Formspree may retain submission data for a period after forwarding, as described in their privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Gmail (Google) — Once Formspree forwards your submission, it arrives in and is stored within our Gmail inbox, operated by Google LLC. This means your name, WhatsApp number, job role, and application answers are held on Google's servers as part of our email records. Google's privacy policy applies to this storage and can be reviewed at policies.google.com/privacy. We manage and delete these emails in accordance with our data retention policy described in Section 8.

If you do not wish for your data to pass through either of these services, you may contact us directly at theibrahimalarabi@gmail.com — though please note this address is itself a Gmail account and the same Google storage applies.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Application data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised team members on a need-to-know basis.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information from the point you submit your application for as long as it is needed to manage your application or coaching relationship with us.

If at any point you would like your data removed from our records, simply reach out to us at theibrahimalarabi@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Ibrahim Al Arabi is based in the United Arab Emirates. If you are accessing this website from outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to and stored in the UAE. By submitting your application, you consent to this transfer. We will handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is stored.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
