1. About the Service
Ibrahim Al Arabi ("we", "us", "our") provides a private, one-on-one Arabic coaching program ("the Program") delivered online. The Program is a 90-day structured coaching engagement focused on spoken, conversational Arabic, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This program is exclusively available to male clients. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are male.
2. Application & Enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. All applications are reviewed individually. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours of submission to schedule a brief assessment call.
Enrollment is confirmed only after a successful assessment call, agreement on the program investment, and receipt of payment.
3. Program Delivery
The Program includes two private 45-minute sessions per week with Ibrahim, a guided self-practice plan for three additional days per week, and direct voice-note access between sessions. Sessions are conducted online via a mutually agreed platform.
4. Client Commitments
To benefit fully from the Program, clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time, complete assigned self-practice between sessions, and communicate proactively if a session needs to be rescheduled. The satisfaction guarantee described below is conditional on these commitments being met in full.
5. Payment
The investment for the Program is discussed and agreed on the assessment call. All payments are due as agreed in writing before enrollment begins. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in your individual enrollment agreement.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a client fulfils all program commitments in full and does not reach their stated speaking goal within 90 days, Ibrahim will continue coaching at no additional charge until that goal is reached. This guarantee applies strictly to clients who have attended all sessions and completed all practice requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all materials, methods, and resources provided during the Program — including but not limited to session content, practice plans, and teaching frameworks — are the sole intellectual property of Ibrahim Al Arabi and are protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website and any materials provided to you solely for your personal participation in the Program. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any part of the website or program materials without prior written consent.
8. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- Sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of this website or the Program
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the website or program materials
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice
- Use the website or Program for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
9. No Warranties
This website and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ibrahim Al Arabi makes no representation that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Individual results from the Program vary and cannot be guaranteed beyond the conditions of the satisfaction guarantee described above.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ibrahim Al Arabi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of income, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of this website or participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid for the Program.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ibrahim Al Arabi, its team members, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from: (a) your use of this website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Ibrahim Al Arabi is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.
13. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your use of this website and your participation in the Program. Ibrahim Al Arabi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of any materials provided to you.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at theibrahimalarabi@gmail.com. We will endeavour to respond within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
Failure by Ibrahim Al Arabi to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.
17. Amendments
Ibrahim Al Arabi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the website or participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ibrahim Al Arabi regarding use of this website and the Program, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
